Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute provides funding support in the 4 stages of resource mobilization, project cultivation, landing construction and capacity enhancement, conducting due diligence investigation, expert argumentation, conference decision making, achieving rational, professional, systematic evaluation and decision-making;

　　（一）Resource attraction

　　▲Research on industrial technology situation: Analyzing local industrial technologies, finding out research and development foundation of key technologies, technology gaps, developing technology roadmaps;

　　▲Project resource attraction: Developing offshore innovation centers, attracting global high-end talent teams for integration and exchanges in Suzhou;

　　▲Project evaluation: Evaluating candidate projects, developing analysis reports, qualified candidate projects witnessing due diligence investigation, achieving due diligence investigation reports;.

　　▲Expert evaluation: Organizing experts of related industries and technical fields to comprehensively evaluate candidate project necessity, progressiveness and feasibility, leader professional standard and management capacities, achieving evaluation results;

　　（二）Project cultivation

　　▲Appointing project leaders, signing related agreements;

　　▲Implementing project pre-research: Project leaders shall set up working teams in accordance with agreement requirements and implementing project schedules as soon as possible. Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute shall organize project evaluation meetings, evaluating project feasibility;

　　▲Work funding support: Upon pre-research agreement signing, Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute can arrange necessary work funds for project leaders to implement the related projects. Work funding for a technology research institute shall be up to 1 million Yuan, and up to 300,000 Yuan in case of a major industrialization project;

　　▲President conference making decisions;

　　（三）Landing development

　　▲Establishing subjects: Upon agreement signing, urging project teams to establish operation subjects such as technical institutes or major industrialization project companies as soon as possible;

　　▲Construction funding: Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute shall provide a technology research institute or major industrial company with construction funding of up to 10 million Yuan;

　　（四）Capacity improvement

Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute shall conduct all-round continuous tracking and services for all technology research institutes and major industrialization project companies, providing financial support of up to 10 million Yuan to any project introducing top global talents and conducting forward-looking major innovation for its research and development;
